Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final
Every decal we produce is custom-cut to the registration number, font, color, and size you chose at checkout. Because each order is made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
1. No returns or exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Color choice after the order is produced
- Font or size selection after the order is produced
- Registration numbers entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout
- Damage caused by improper installation, cleaning, or storage
- Normal wear from sun, saltwater, or weather exposure after installation
2. Defective or incorrect decals — we will replace them
If your decals arrive with a production defect, are materially different from what you ordered, or were made with the wrong registration number due to an error on our end, we will remake and reship them at no charge.
To request a replacement, email us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will review it and, if the issue is our fault, ship a corrected replacement as quickly as possible.
3. Order-by-order proofing
Our live designer shows a preview of your decal before checkout. Please confirm your registration number, font, color, and size carefully. You are responsible for the information entered during checkout. We produce exactly what is shown in the order preview.
4. Shipping delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or customs are not grounds for a refund. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
5. Shipping coverage
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders with a shipping address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or an APO/FPO/DPO address cannot be fulfilled at this time.
