RegistrationDecals.com LLC, P.O. Box 57, Marble Falls, TX, operates this website and produces the decals sold on it. You can reach us at admin@registrationdecals.com.

• Order information — your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the registration number, colors and font you chose.
• Dealer account information — business name, contact details and ship-from address when you register for the dealer program.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form or by email.
• Usage data — pages viewed, the referring site, and basic interaction events used to understand how the designer and checkout are working.

• To produce, ship and support your order.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and invoices.
• To operate dealer accounts and billing.
• To answer your questions.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation and the limited billing details needed to reconcile your order.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), EasyPost and its carriers (shipping labels and delivery), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for cart functionality, site analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Ads conversion tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.

Transactional emails about an order you placed are sent as part of the service. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor suppression requests.

Order and invoice records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept until they are no longer needed to support you.
